Sodium Gluconate
Airedale Chemical Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of Gluconic Acid produced by the fermentation of Glucose. It holds a molecular formula of NaC6H11O7 and is primarily used as a chelating agent. Sodium Gluconate has good sequestering properties; it is stable under extreme conditions of temperature (< 90°C) and alkalinity.Applications.

Treatment of metallic surfaces, metal degreasing, aluminium etching. Effective sequestrant for: calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminium, copper and manganese in strongly alkaline conditions.
